In December 2021, Xi 'an Gao Xin Hospital will officially sign a cooperation agreement with Mayo Clinic, will be joining Mayo Clinic Care Network and be a collaborator in China with Mayo Clinic. Mayo Clinic Care Network is composed of medical institutions from the United States and other international regions. Doctors from Xi 'an Gao Xin Hospital and experts from Mayo Clinic will work together with solidarity to continuously promote the medical service.

This is a service of an informal telephone conversation between medical staffs regarding the care of inpatients requiring semi-urgent to emergency interventions. 

And the patient doesn’t need to pay any additional fees. Currently, the service include cardiovascular medicine, critical care medicine, gastroenterology, hematology and oncology, neurology and pulmonary medicine. Other requests are available on demand.
